Privacy and data processing

For files you send, you decide the purpose and we process them only to produce the result you asked for. For the account itself, the pdftrusted.com privacy policy applies.

We store your account email, a hash of each key (only the last characters are shown again), and a job log: time, tool, file size, page count, result, credits used and key name. The job log powers the usage page and billing.

Task records are removed after 2 hours. Stored copies of inputs and results are removed within 1 hour of the job. An upload that is never processed expires after 1 hour. DELETE /v1/tasks/{id} removes them at once.

We don't sell files and don't use them to train models. AI tools (such as translate) send the text to an AI provider only to produce your result.
