Is PDFTrusted free?

Yes. Server tools allow 3 jobs a day for a guest and 10 when you sign in, with files up to 25 MB or 50 MB. Pro ($49/year) raises those caps.

Do I need an account?

No account needed to use any tool. Sign in when you want History. Storage and the higher daily limits are on Pro.

Where are my files processed?

Everyday jobs run in your browser and never leave the device. Heavier jobs run on our own PDF engine. Those copies are deleted within 1 hour. We do not sell documents, and we do not train on them.

What's the biggest file I can use?

Files are capped at 100 MB on Free and Pro. Pro raises the page ceiling to 200 on OCR, conversion, and AI jobs.

Which formats work?

PDF in and out, plus JPG, PNG, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, HTML, HWP, and Pages.

How do I cancel Pro?

From Account → Subscription, any time. Pro runs to the end of the period, then quietly drops back to the free tier.
