Refunds

The free plan is the trial: use it to test before you pay. Paid API plans have no separate trial.

No refunds after payment, except in these cases:

1. The same plan was charged twice by mistake. We refund the extra charge.

2. The API wasn't working because of a fault on our side that we can confirm. We refund that payment.

3. You ask within 48 hours of the payment and no credits were used since that payment. This can be used once per account in any 12 months.

Cancelling stops the next renewal. It doesn't refund the current period, and the plan stays active until its end.

Statutory consumer rights, where a mandatory law applies, are not affected. A chargeback, or a request made to get around these rules, suspends the account.
