Service level

Our target monthly availability for the task API is 99.5%, measured by the public health check, excluding maintenance announced 48 hours ahead.

If a month on a paid plan falls short, write to us within 30 days. We review it and add free API credits to your account in proportion to the downtime. This is a target and a credit, not a cash payment.
