Sometimes one page is all you need to share. A landlord asks for the signature page of a lease, a job form wants only your degree certificate from a 20-page scan, or a colleague needs the invoice buried inside a long report. Extract Pages saves just those pages as a new PDF and leaves everything else out. Type pages like 3 or 2,5-7, or set one or more page ranges. Tick the merge option to get a single PDF, or leave it off to save each page or range as its own file. Page thumbnails mark exactly what you picked before you extract. Your original stays untouched. Everyday extracts run in your browser on your device. A large Pro file is sent to our server. No ads or watermark.

Extract Pages FAQ
Can I extract pages from a PDF for free?
Yes. Extracting pages is included in your free daily uses for PDFs up to 100 MB and 100 pages. The new file comes without a watermark, and the page has no ads. If you pull pages from long reports or big scanned books often, Pro offers more room.
Are my pages kept private when I extract them?
Yes. On the free plan, pages are extracted inside your browser, on your own device, so the document does not go to our servers. For Pro users, very large files may use secure cloud processing instead, and those temporary files are cleaned up automatically after the job.
Will the extracted pages lose quality?
No. The pages are copied from your original exactly as they are, so text, signatures, stamps, and images look the same in the new file. The tool does not re-scan or compress anything, so the result is ready for official uploads, email, and printing.
How do I save just one page of a PDF?
Choose Pages, pick Select pages, and type the page number, for example 4. The preview highlights that page. Select Extract pages and you get a one-page PDF you can send by email or WhatsApp or upload to a form. For a few scattered pages, type them with commas, like 2,4,9.
Can I extract PDF pages on an iPhone or Android phone?
Yes. Open this page in your phone's browser, choose the PDF from Files or your downloads, and type the pages you need with the number keyboard. The new PDF saves to your device right away. It works the same on Mac, Windows, and tablets, with no app to install.
Is there a page limit for extracting?
Free works with PDFs up to 100 MB and 100 pages, which covers most contracts, statements, and scanned forms. Pro opens files up to 100 MB and 200 pages for thick manuals and long records. Within that, you can extract as many or as few pages as you like.
What if the pages I need are out of order?
Extract them first, then open the new file in Rearrange PDF and drag the pages into the sequence you want. Rearrange PDF also lets you rotate a sideways page, so the final document reads correctly from the first page to the last.
Should I extract pages or remove the ones I do not need?
Extract Pages is faster when you want to keep a few pages from a long file. Remove Pages is better when most of the document is fine and only a handful of pages should go. Both create a new PDF and leave your original as it is.
